Working as part of a small group, you’ll be coached through strength training sessions by one of our elite coaches. Our semi-PT has all the quality coaching of a one-to-one session, at a more affordable price. Even better, you’ll get all the motivational and team-working benefits of our classes too, as well as a chance to access all of our team conditioning sessions.

12 Semi PT Sessions
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around three semi-PT sessions a week with one of our expert trainers

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Begin your registration by paying for your 30-day trial online. You’ll get confirmation and a receipt by email.
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
Then you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire, to let us know a little bit about you and your goals.
BOOK YOUR INITIAL EVALUATION
Finally, you’ll select a date and time for your initial one-to-one evaluation session. Now you’re on your way.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
What if I have aches, pains or injuries?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or problems such as back pain or dodgy knees. We’re not physiotherapists, the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
What if I need to miss days during the 30-day trial?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, give us a shout, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You’re free to choose what you’d like to do at the end of your trial. If you want to continue working with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll run over the membership options with you. If you decide that Reform Fitness isn’t for you, you can simply walk away.
What if i register and then change my mind?
If you sign up and change your mind before attending any sessions, we will happily refund your payment.
