Sarah is a full on foodie – if you want to know how to make macro-friendly treats or meals, she’s always experimenting in the kitchen. Sarah is a coeliac so all of her recipes are gluten free, but you’ll find her either in the kitchen, or training in the gym. Sarah handles the marketing and content for Reform, as well as helping clients with meal ideas and recipes. She’s also furthering her education in nutrition and training, is an ambassador for Protein Pow, and is looking to host some healthy eating workshops in the very near future!
