Luke began studying sport and massage when he left school, and likes to mix weights and cardio in his fast-paced sessions. We call him the Sprint King when it comes down to our group training classes – you won’t leave one of them without breaking a sweat!
As well as being a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, Luke is also a Level 3 sports massage therapist, and his expertise lies in physiology. He is also qualified in Myofascial release has an extensive knowledge of anatomy which he can apply to both his training sessions and treatments.
Luke is also qualified in ante and post-natal fitness, Pilates and strength and conditioning, and works with a wide range of clients. He is able to work with injuries and adapt sessions and treatments to accommodate this. On the gym floor, Luke likes using Olympic lifts and new techniques which always keep clients guessing. He likes to mix cardio and weights to help people achieve their goals.
Outside of the gym, Luke plays win/centre for South Molton Rugby Club, and rugby has been a part of his life for the last eight years. He has a strong background in sports, having worked previously as a strength and conditioning coach for netball, volleyball and football students.
