Our group training system in Barnstaple will help you burn fat, increase your strength, and feel amazing. The group training sessions offer the best of strongman, interval and strength training, along with nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose body fat or just to improve your health, we have the answer for you.
The sessions include varied interval and strength training principles and are aimed at being fun and challenging for all ages and abilities.

FLEXIBLE TRAINING

21 sessions available per week, four sessions a day! Our sessions run early morning, mid morning and in the evenings, five days a week, as well as a Saturday morning. Pick and choose to suit your week.

NUTRITION INCLUDED

All members receive our nutrition guide, making progress achievable and food unrestrictive. We teach you about macro nutrients, calories, and how to make your nutrition suit your lifestyle.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT

We support our members via our private members only support group. No question goes unanswered. We all work as a team, helping each other achieve success!

TRAINING

Training is open everyone to everyone 16+), male or female, young or old – in the gym we are all there for the same reasons.

COST

£48 per month – via Direct Debit
No long term contract, we just ask for one month’s notice of final payment.

Group Training

Reform’s monthly group training sessions in Barnstaple will help you burn fat, increase your strength, and feel amazing. Following on from the success of our female group training courses, we are launching a brand new timetable (below) for a mixed, group training class.

timtable-8-sep-16This mixed fitness class offers the best of strongman, interval and strength training, along with nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose body fat or just to improve your health, Reform classes are the way to get results.

The sessions include varied interval and strength training sessions and are aimed at being fun and challenging for all ages and abilities. You’ll get nutritional guidance and support and access to our Facebook members only group too.

Spaces on the group training courses are limited, offering a friendly environment and a more personal level of training. They will incorporate a mixture of weights-based exercises, high intensity intervals, body weight exercises and strength training – as well as friendly banter and a lot of laughter!

  • This works out at £1.84 per session if you do the full six, or £3.69 per session for three a week (the average number of sessions Reform recommends)

FAQS

Can I pay as I go?

Unfortunately not. The classes are run on a monthly payment plan and are not pay as you go.

How many sessions can I attend?

Whatever package you’re on, you can attend a maximum of one session a day – that is six sessions a week. You can mix these up too, you could attend, for example, a Monday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday afternoon, etc.

Are there any additional benefits?

All Reform group training members receive 15% off additional personal training, BioSignature, and internal events. We also have a referral scheme. For every referred client that a member signs up you will receive 50% of your membership cost back! Refer two people in one month and you are training for free. Refer three and you’re making money!

Am I tied in to a long-term contract?

No. You do sign an agreement to make your monthly payments, but if you do decide to move on, all we ask for is one month’s notice – and you can come back at any time in the future.
